Jeanette S. is a Native American of the Dine' (Navajo)Tribe. (Census Number on File) Jeanette is approximately 45 years old. The very beautiful photo is of Jeanette when she was a little younger. Her Birthday is July 25, 1955. Her parents are Nellie L. (who has passed) and Webster H. She was raised on the Navajo Reservation. She is the 3rd oldest child out of seven children. She is also the sister of one of our other Artists, Janice H.! She was seven years old when she first started making beads for her mother. Then she stopped beading when she had her first child at age 20. She has seven children, 3 boys and four girls. The names and ages of some of them are: Terry - 21, Sylvester - 18, Robinette - 15, Sylvia - 12, Jeanetta - 10, and Janella - 8. Then she started selling her handcrafted jewelry again in 1995, and now, some of her daughters help her in her handcrafting. Jeanette went to school at Fredonia, Arizona and graduated from there in 1974. She has been married to Robbie S. for 25 years.
