Sodalite
Sodalite: Sodalite is usually blue in color and is sometimes called the "Widsom Stone". It is thought to stimulate courage, alleviating fears, calming anguish and therefore is thought to help in lowering High Blood Pressure. It is also thought to promote understanding and balance for spiritual growth.
